2022 Chromebook X360 Spin 2-in-1 Convertible Touchscreen Laptops for Student & Business by ASUS, 14'' FHD, Intel Core M3-8100Y, 8GB RAM, 320GB(64GB SSD+256GB Card), Backlit Keyboard, Wi-Fi, Chrome OS

I have owned this Chromebook for less than three months and it no longer turns on despite a full charge. Before this catastrophic failure, I had no complaints. I called ASUS for warranty service and discovered two issues.1) The warranty date began 5 months before I was in possession of the Chromebook.2) ASUS records show the device was purchased from Best Buy.Thankfully this issue occurred within my shortened warranty period, but I now question how this seller came into possession of the device. It came in original packaging. Why does ASUS record it was purchased from Best Buy 5 months prior to my purchase?

Got the chrome book in record time ordered at lunch on the second guided by lunch on 3 February. Very happy with product would buy from them again.

This computer was turned on for 10 minutes and then factory reset. We specifically saved every piece of shipping material in case we didn't like it to return it. We didn't like the feel of the keyboard so we decided to return it. Only to find they claimed it wasn't in like new condition so the charged us a 57 dollars restocking fee. Beware NO WHERE in their returns policy does it say anything about a restocking fee.

great laptop love the touch easy to transfer everything even my watch... works great
