Excellent for working while travelling. Well made in a neat case. Would highly reccommend. Easy to set up.

First of all , I only bought this as I had not used my inkjet printer for so long that the black tube was totally clogged up and unusable GRR!. The colour tube still worked but that is not good enough Doh!I am only using this on my laptop and not on a boring mobile phone.Downloaded the software drivers for Windows 11 and plugged it in via USB, I selected a small text file to print and it recognised it and I put the paper in and it worked great.(The sound it makes reminded me of my old dot matrix printer from a 100 years ago but not as loud phew! heh heh)As others have mentioned it's a bit hard to align the paper but I will get used to it and wont use it often anyway.No Ink Cartridge and hence it well never dry up is why I bought it.THE BAD PART: It can use bluetooth with mobile phones but not with laptops and all modern laptops have bluetooth and that makes no sense!Are they just too THICK to write the drivers and I am no sure and I hope someone will tell me one day?I can't find any that can use bluetooth with laptops tooApart from that, it's all OK

This portable printer has been amazing.I was wary purchasing at first but after reading the reviews I decided to buy it.Every household should have one instead of the massive printers most of us have!.I still have a big printer too but haven't used it for a while.The cons are you cannot print anything in colour also when you do print it has to be one page at a time,you also need thermal paper.Positive comments-its so handy! it works via Bluetooth so WiFi isn't needed,it's portable extremely travel friendly for people that need to print a document on the go,it's well worth buying!.The thermal paper isn't expensive compared to ink cartridges.I am very happy with mine.I am surprised that they haven't released thermal colour paper yet which would of course be an added plus for every customer.I can't recommend enough it's so handy!.

This printer is a game changer and a marvellous piece of kit. I have only had it less than 24 hours but am amazed at the quality of the print - particularly with photos. Sure it only prints in black and white but it does amazingly well. Of course the quality of the photo itself is important as that will affect the outcome of the print out, that goes without saying.The app is simple to use and gives prompts to help you with connecting to your printer and printing. It is very straightforward with no hoops to jump through. The app, however will only allow connection with one Bluetooth device at a time so if you're switching between tablet and phone you will need to disable Bluetooth on the device you are not using. Having to use a cable to connect to a laptop is a small price to pay when the printer is so handy.All-in-all I would highly recommend this printer - lightweight, portable and more than capable of any printing I would need it for.

I was very excited about this little printer but sadly it is very disappointing:1) it will not connect via bluetooth on a MacBook pro2) it can be connected via USB cable and will work this way BUT it has stopped working after using it just twice.I have tried everything to resolve this issue (new cable,, reset, reconnect) it just wont work. Shows as "printer offline" and will not change.For this price I expect much better.I will be returning.

The gadget is the perfect size to take with you anywhere in the lovely case it comes with. I had also bought the paper printer holder which is an accessory that holds the paper for you which if you’re like me who can't put a single sheet of paper straight will come out wonky. You'll need to download the app (which is also super cool by the way,with lots things you can do from like customising) and make sure that your phones Bluetooth is switched on. From the app you can print off any document of your choice. The connection between the phone, app and the device was instant and very smooth. So yeah 5 stars!
