Hello! You can put anything as long as it's within the character limits. You will also have to choose a birthstone color, the way it is set up.

Q: What size chain should I order for my 13 and 14 year old granddaughters?

It really depends on your granddaughters size. If they are petite then probably 18" would work. I bought this for my 17 year old granddaughter and ordered it with a 20" box chain. She is 5'7" tall.

I ordered November stone and mine showed green as well so you should get what you ordered. I just rcvd mine a couple of days ago and love it!

Q: Can you buy a replacement 24 inch ball chain?

I don't know if the seller offers chains but there are lots of jewelry stores want web sites that have them, even JoAnn's and Michael's.
