There is nothing on the bottle saying it must be refrigerated after opening. It simply says to store it in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

So yummy

As a person who enjoys low sodium soy sauce but has a medical need to keep sodium to a minimum, I have been trying to find a good low sodium option. A facebook group suggested this product initially and my family decided to try it. It's SO GOOD!! Even better than the low sodium soy in the green topped bottle from that other famous company. Definitely will be a staple in our house.

Great flavor, truly low sodium!

I am on a low sodium diet so I have to budget my sodium intake while keeping my taste buds happy. I have tried many less sodium soy sauces and in my opinion this is the best choice I've found. The soy flavor is full and the sodium content, at 200mg/tablespoon, is almost 1/3 that of the best known brand's "38% less sodium" 590mg/tablespoon soy sauce. I will continue to buy this one!

Lowest sodium soy sauce out there

I was looking for the lowest sodium soy sauce I could find and this fits the bill, without sacrificing taste! All the other "low-sodium" soy sauces are still quite high in sodium with 575-600 mg per Tb compared to 200mg in this product. The main negative is the price point.
