We got this as a drawing tablet for our daughter. She loves it but says that if she tries to play YouTube videos while she's using the drawing app, one of them may crash. She thinks it works smoothly otherwise and loves how large the screen is. Battery lasts a whole day of use and she was excited to be able to change the lock screen to different pictures she had saved. It's a couple pounds but easy to carry around. We also purchased a case that can stand, stylists, and screen protector to help with extending its life. We think the price was good for what it offers and like how it's working for us.

I purchased this tablet because it was advertised as an unlocked model. The listing even specifically stated that it would not work with Verizon. Yet what I received was a Verizon-branded tablet—complete with preinstalled Verizon bloatware I couldn’t remove, and very much not unlocked. When I contacted the seller to request a replacement, I was told they don’t do exchanges and that it was a “system glitch.” However, I’ve since read multiple reviews from other customers who received the same Verizon device—so this is clearly not a one-time mistake. The listing is misleading at best, and outright false at worst. On top of that, shipping was late until I contacted Amazon and they stepped in to expedite it. Now I’m stuck waiting for the tablet to arrive back to the seller so I can maybe get a refund in a timely manner—because they won’t just send the correct product. Amazon should seriously review this seller. If you're expecting a truly unlocked tablet, free of carrier bloatware, this is not it.

I purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE and was a bit apprehensive, because it's refurbished. My concerns are gone. I love this tablet, the graphics are sharp, and it arrived in pristine condition. Looked brand new, and the touchpad was still covered with the shipping plastic shield. Seemed almost as if hadn’t ever been out the box. The price couldn’t be beat. Also, there’s a gazillion apps you can install from the Google Play store. The battery life is excellent and the touch screen is very convenient. No complaints at all.

As with Anthony above, I took received a tablet that appeared locked to Verizon, and had all of the Verizon bloat-ware installed on it. Also, when I put the IMEI into my service providers page, it didn't come up as a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, it came up as a TCL TAB S8 (or something like that, and when I called Verizon, they couldn't locate the IMEI anywhere in their system. I give 3 stars for: the overall condition of the item was exactly as expected, as well as [most] of the operation. And the communication with the seller was very reasonable. If this works for you, great, but I feel it was misrepresented
