Easy to cool & Overclock!
I think I hit the silicon lottery with my R5 7600 chip. I managed to pull off a -50 mv offset and overclocked it to 5.39 GHz. Needless to say, this chip is fantastic and pairs very nicely with my RX 7800 XT and my system feels extremely responsive. With overclock, I managed to get 15224 score on Cinebench so I basically got a Ryzen 5 7600x but with better energy efficiency. For gaming, this chip is more than enough. Super happy with going all AMD for my gaming PC

Exactly as advertised
Image is a bench mark is taken using CPU-X on Linux. It's a 7600. It's great. The only logical upgrade from here, if you're a gamer, is the 7800x3D. The x3D benchmarks similarly but its extra 3D Cache. Which is to help with 3D rendering. For this reason it is the best CPU on the market for 3D games. The 9950x3D was a wasted attempt by the AMD team to make something even higher end but the differences between the two is not worth the money, so get a 7600 and maybe upgrade to a 7800x3D.As it is the 7600 already handles basically everything perfectly well. I fed it 5200mhz ram (the highest it can take) and it runs everything fine. I feel like this is also the case with some of the mid-high end gpus from radeon both last gen and this generation. Like you could probably get a Ryzen 7600 cpu and Radeon Rx 7600 gpu, with a good ssd, and 5200mhz ram, and never need to upgrade to the more expensive cpus/gpus for the rest of this generation's run. Benchmarks don't even put the Ryzen 9 9550x3D anymore than 13% higher performance than the Ryzen 5 7600. You'd probably be fine with the 7600 playing rust on max settings for quite a few years tbh. And rust is the most cpu demanding video game I know of.

Very Stable
I bought this for first ever PC build, i do have to say i thing i should have invested more into my CPU than my GPU because i do play more CPU intensive games, i bought a RX 7900 GRE along with this and i can't complain, most competitive games that i play run smoothly at 240FPS, The CPU was also pretty easy to install and never overheats.

Great price
Didn't need it as it turns out but having a back up don't hurt.

Good CPU for first semi-budget build
Great all-round CPU. Nice that it came with its own cooler, but I opted for a bigger one, and I would recommend doing the same.
