Defective product
Recently I bought three CPPLUS Wi Fi PT camera, one was not working, it was defective. Cunningly the CP PLUS does not have return policy for whatever reason. I was told to talk to CP PLUS customer care, upon calling I was asked to visit the CP PLUS technical center with approval from the CP PLUS manager to attend the case - this is ridiculously, why should I get approval, visit the center etc., when I bought none of this was asked. CP PLUS is only discouraging to not buy CP PLUS product.Can the CP PLUS look into the issue to resolve it? I wish there was negative rating for the product/service.

Night vision is very poor
Camera is good, working good, easy to use and installation, memory card supported.IR vision is not as per the expectation as well as frequently disconnected from wi fi.

Poor Product or some strategy
I bought it in Apr 2023 and after two years it suddenly stopped working just after one month of warranty expire. Don't understand it's a strategy or product quality. First paid for product then 2 years subscription and now buy a new product again.
