Q: Why can't the 24 pack be shipped to addresses in california? i tried several ca address residential/commercial and amazon lockers, but it won't allow

Contrary to most opinions here, it has nothing to do with Title 20 - the specs for these bulbs are way above Title 20 requirements. The reason this doesn't ship to CA (while smaller packs of the exact same light bulb do) is because of Proposition 65, related to the cancer warning on the packaging. This SKU doesn't have the warning on the package, while the smaller boxes do. The "lots of dim bulbs in CA" comment was really funny BTW. Maybe they should pass a proposition about that.

Q: Features section says dimmable, but reviews say non dimmable, which one is correct?

My box here says the same numbers 60w A19 sylvania led daylight replacement the box also does say non dimmable in small print on the bottom of the front of the box under first light bulb in picture. We have never tried them as our fixtures are not capable of dimming.

It’s because of proposition 65. The larger packs do not have the cancer warning on them. It’s the same reason why many products don’t ship to California on Amazon.
