Really the only Glutathione supplement I have ever taken that I can "feel" right away. Really, really good product.

When I first tried this I was not crazy about the taste, even though some people do enjoy it. I wrote a review and said as much. The company reached out to me and seemed to be genuinely concerned about my experience. They suggested that I try their unflavored capsules which have the same active ingredient.Updated my review based on the above average customer service.

my Doc said to take it. i mix in a quart bottle because it is really gross mixed as directed. it also clumps up and doesnt mix very well. Maybe it works, but its nauseating smell and taste is sickeningly sweet.

Why do companies think lemon lime is so great? Or orange? No one has good flavors like blueberry, so at least off an unflavored powder that can be mixed with yogurt or a smoothie.That said, this product may be great for getting your glutathione, but it has too many fillers. Fillers I am used to seeing in capsules. The fillers are unnecessary in capsules, but even more unnecessary in a powder.This product contains added📌 Citric acid can be from citrus fruits BUT is usually made from mold and added to products.📌 Natural Flavors can be derived from animals, meat, milk, seafood, eggs and poultry, which may go against some dietary preferences. Notice the ingredient does not say 'extract', such as 'lime extract'. Therefore it is safe to assume it is not from limes. If it is, why isn't it listed as such?📌 Malic acid may cause nausea, headache, dizziness, and diarrhea.📌 Calcium silicate is an inorganic ingredient used as an anticaking agent and carrier. Calcium silicates are produced by treating calcium oxide and silica in various ratios. Also used to make cement, ceiling tiles, pipes, insulation and bricks. It is of no benefit to the consumer when used in supplements.📌 Silicon dioxide (quartz or silica) is a natural chemical mix of silicon and oxygen that has uses in many food products as an anticaking agent. In a supplement, it is of no benefit to the consumer. When ingested in large amounts, it makes it harder for the body to absorb it. In return makes it harder for your body to absorb the other nutrients you need such as fats, minerals, and vitamins. So, taking supplements with this ingredient is most likely counter productive.All those fillers aren't needed by the consumer. Fillers are added by the companies for their own convenience - whether it be to make the product not stick to a machine, make it flow smoother into a packet, or to make it last longer so they aren't inconvenienced by a product expiring.All that at $50 for a 10 day supply - yes, $5 a day ($2.50 per serving). There are many less expensive alternatives on Amazon. I searched and saw powders (extremely in expensive) and softgels. There are even softgels with organic ingredients at $1.71 per serving, which is still high in my opinion, but no fillers, organic, and much less expensive. If you want a flavored drink mix and don't care about cost or lots of fillers, you may be happy with this product. Personally, I'm getting a bulk powder.

I have seen complaints about taste & mixing. The taste isn't bad- it's not a soda but isn't supposed to be. I use a shaker cup that has a round whisk in the bottom & shake well. It will mix, just takes a minute. Put the water in first then add the powder. I do feel like it helps w pain & recovery. My husband & I both take it everyday.

So beneficial for the gut and all around health.
