I explained what happened and immediately they went into action. Without question, they sent me a replacement. They didn’t just send a replacement light, but an entire new set of sconces which was so nice. Honestly, I am just more impressed by their responsiveness and care to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. Even if they didn’t send me a new set, I still would have updated my review due to the fact that someone actually reached out. Talk about first class customer service!! I highly recommend purchasing from them, you’ll be very happy.Original Review:The assembly was pretty easy. I got the rechargeable lights, so when I got the package we had the charge them prior to putting it up. Once the lights were fully charged, I attached them to the sconce. One of the lights worked, but the other didn’t. I thought, maybe the other light didn’t charge completely. So I put it back on the charger only to realize that it wasn’t charging at all, I’ve moved it to various outlets…nothing. So now I have one light that works fine and the other doesn’t work at all.

I bought these for ambient lighting in my counseling office. They look good and are easy to assemble and mount with only 3M strips. I love that they have a remote and multiple warmth and brightness settings.Unfortunately, the battery life is so limited that I cannot keep them on a full work day because they die mid-way through, gradually getting dimmer as the day goes on before shutting off completely. Even with adjusting when I use them and don't use them (e.g.Turning them off between counseling sessions, when it's just me in the room) the battery does not hold up. In order to use them, I will likely need to keep them plugged in all the time. Since the charging cords are very short, that means finding discreet ways of using extension cords. If I had learned all this before the return window closed, I would return them and find another option.

These sconces are really quite a deal. The quality is excellent—I was surprised at how sturdy they were. The support structure is metal (needed for the magnetic lights), which are strong without being overwhelmingly heavy. The instructions are fairly straightforward for assembly, but one word of advice: be sure to read all the instructions FIRST, rather than simply reading the next step. This way you get a better idea of when to put together certain parts of the sconces, and when you should start putting pieces into the wall.The lights themselves are just the right amount of brightness, not too powerful but not worthlessly dim. They really do give off a nice, warm feeling to the room. The battery life is solid, we figured out a great system of charging during the day so it’s never a bother. Since the lights are magnetic, it’s so easy to remove them to charge in an outlet.I highly recommend these lights, they really do provide a great atmosphere to our bedroom.

I'm not even going to bother putting this together. The covers look decent enough, the metal frames look sturdy and it's great that it comes with two remotes. It does have three different color temperatures, which I appreciate and was the entire reason I bought this specific set, (the 4000k temperature is what I prefer). My plan was to take these to my office - I have two floor lamps currently lighting the space, and just wanted a little bit of extra light to add to the other two corners. The fabric covers on this matched the ones I have on the floor lamps, so I was really excited about it.But...I'd be better off going to the dollar tree and buying their puck lights. At 100%, this hardly lights up anything. I don't see how any light at all would make it through a fabric cover. I can see this maybe being useful as a hallway or bathroom night light for people with really sensitive eyes who just want a very slight illumination, and the ability to turn it on by remote before they walk into the room. I truly can't fathom why anyone would ever want to dim this.Needless to say, I will be returning these.

These are really handsome. Be aware that, even at the brightest level, these are very dim, definitely in the "mood lighting" category. I had hoped to use these as working lights in my office, at night, and they were a bit dim for that.These would be a GREAT thing to buy if you're thinking about hard-wiring in additional lighting and want to test what looks good where- after putting these up I realized that they would look better in different places, and I was very glad to be able to move them so easily. I will definitely use these for that purpose if we consider more lighting in the future.There was an issue with one component but the seller immediately resolved it. Excellent customer service!

I really like these lights. They make me feel like I’m in a hotel. I love that it’s battery/remote operated. It comes with 3 different light settings, which are all dimmable, and 4 timer settings- which I should be using more because after having these for a while, I’ve realized the batteries (even heavy duty) drain rather quickly. It’s the only reason I wouldn’t give this a perfect rating. I’ve had to change the batteries more often than I like but I’m still pretty happy with them! I’m not a person who likes bright lights so I have lamps all over my room for an extra boost when I need it. Wouldn’t depend on these for your only source of light unless you’re going for total ambiance. I always have some candles lit and a twinkle light tree in my room on to help. Above you will see picture 1 with no lamp, and picture 2 with the lamp on. Don’t mind Valak.
