Great flavour and give a boost when needed - I don’t like to take on loads of fluid before a HIIT session so these shots are perfect.

Really easy to take, tastes good but doesn't have an artificial flavour after taste! Gives a good buzz for a workout and really makes a difference to my endurance and stamina

I’m so glad I read one the reviews before taking this product, one advised to only have half for first time use and I’m so glad I did! The all over body tingling sensation can feel a bit scary at first but definitely get an energy boost after! You’ve got to keep moving as sitting just keeps the tingling going.

When I started taking these I saw a difference straight away in my gym sessions. It’s slightly different for everyone but it takes about 10ish mins for it to kick in for me. The flavour is ridiculously good - I’d drink this as a normal drink. The only thing is that you do end up building a dependency to this if you keep taking it and you’ll feel like you run out of stamina more quickly, when you don’t take it. It’s relative though and if you never took it, then you wouldn’t feel that. My point is though, you’ll definitely notice a difference with taking it and if you forget to take it one session, it might be a demotivating session.

The fastest pre work out . Abe all black Ultimate pre work. For the small size within 15mins this product sure does what is needed to get you moving in the gym . Although the tingle from the beta alinine can be annoying but guaranteed it is my favourite. Both flavours . Fruit candy and drumstick flavour are my favourite choice

Good pre workout gives you a buzz and tastes good, just quite expensive for what it is
