Q: Can I connect to 4 tvs using existing cable tv wiring through their exterior junction box? What is the maximum length it will provide a good signal

If it was cable tv more then likely the answer is yes. If it was satellite tv no. My home was wired for satellite I used the existing wiring and added 8 way splitter “ the one on the left in the video “ . Currently running 4 TVs with no issues.

Q: Only about ten miles away from towers but tons of tall trees seem to make indoor antenna struggle. Is this a good alternative?

Worked great for me, distance to antennas about 40 miles. Large apartment building blocking line of site about 100 yards away.

Yes I think it will work fine. I dont have ridges but receive many channels from 20 miles away.

Q: Will this particular antenna work for two Tyler portable TVs?

Only If the Tyler portable TVs have connection port for coaxial antenna cables. You can use a splitter for the two TVs. Each TV can do individual scans for digital channels.
