They're bran flakes!
They have fibre in them is why I bought them, delicious with nuts, chia seeds, honey and ice cold milk. Not so nice with kefir, something tasted like fish either the flakes or the kefir, either way don't stray away from cold milk and you can't go wrong, shame they don't have a high protein content!

Lovely
I tend to go round the houses on cereals, switching between super-virtuous healthy ones and guilty pleasures. Somehow I've never tried these before but was glad that I did. They're relatively healthy (comparative to many other cereals anyway) but also quite nice tasting and with a good crunch to them, as well as being filling. I would definitely buy them again.

I bought this to try as I'm on a diet. I normally have special K . I thought I would give it a try .Without a description, it certainly does the trick with gut health .I can only say consume in moderation.Taste wise It is what it is bland.Will I order again? Yes I will.

I love sultana bran, but I buy All bran and add my own sultanas. The ready made sultana bran has very dry, hard sultanas. Buy your own moist sultanas and add them to All Bran.
