These are absolutely amazing! Such high quality materials, perfectly balanced and shaped, some have the “gripping” texture for ease of use with oils. They compete at the highest level with the most expensive brand. I took them to my Occupational Therapist for her input, as she has done the certified training and uses the trade marked brand; she is very impressed with the quality of these, and stated that they give the “feedback” she needs for treating scar tissue, muscle and tendons. My PT had done this technique on my various muscle woes before. I had no idea what it was called ("gua sha" originally from Traditional Chinese Medicine). The set doesn't come with any instructions, but it's very easy to use, and it's easy to learn more from the Internet.After some quick scan of reviews, I couldn't decide which shape would be best for me, so I decided to go ahead and get the 3-in-1. Really glad I did. Each one is slightly better for different surfaces. The largest one is good for my hamstrings and things. The smallest is great on my calves and Achilles tendon. The S-shaped one is great for everything else. They all feel nicely weighted and durable. Easy to clean, and comes in a nice envelope-shaped case.Only concern/question I have is whether TSA is going to wonder what these are as I really want to bring them any time I travel. Portable and easier to use than a foam roller or roller stick for those stubborn spots. Time will tell if I can break up fascial adhesions. If you're reading these reviews, just go ahead and order this set. You'll be pleased.

This is a nice sturdy set. The stainless steel is really durable and feels good against my skin. I have actually had some bruising from it. Guess I used too much pressure. The case could be nicer for the price. Easy to clean. Great size of each tool.

This is a great set. Excellent quality, sturdy, comfortable to hold/use in hand. The variety of tool shapes gives a lot of flexibility for different uses. I use this regularly. Highly recommend.

I really like this set. Not too expensive and it has the different shapes that I like to use. I honestly like them more than the actual graston tools. They're easy to grip and clean and the carrier case is nice. They work well and are easy to use.
