Item arrived well packaged. Undone box item lighter than I expected but very well constructed so felt robust in your hands. Followed instructions so charged up overnight then followed the easy on screen set up instructions. Able to set everything from old tablet to this new one. Like the feel of the tablet display bright and very clear all apps tested work no issues and games run smoothly.

Have owned this about 6 weeks now. I am pretty happy with it. The 10" screen is big enough but also easily portable. It came with a free gel case which is great for knocking about at home but it doesn't cover the screen. The set up was quick and straightforward. It will link up with your phone and it's apps, but I didn't do that. It fires up relatively quickly in the morning.On the down side I would say that sometimes it responds a bit slowly, it's not the fastest processor. And the battery-life is not the longest. I have got used to regular charging.But I accept that as one of the lowest price entry tablets you do get what you pay for. It suits me for searching the internet and checking emails.

It was bought for my wife to replace a well-used Samsung Galaxy which has now had it's day.Setting the tablet up was quite easy as was the transfer of information from old to new.Picture definition is excellent, it is simple to navigate and speed for overall use is impressive.A bonus is that it's much less chunky than the Galaxy.Too early to comment on battery life but I have high expectations!

I bought the Fusion5 Tablet as in hospital and wanted something which would be easy to use. The initial set-up was quick and easy and the app down loads straight forward. I wanted to be able to watch bbc and itv players both perform really well with bright picture quality and headphone point ideal for privacy. Being lightweight. Overall an excellent tablet at this price and well recommended.

I bought this tablet for my wife to replace a similar one I bought for her about 4 years ago - she is use to the 'workings' and has already made full use of the new one. Our only 'gripe' is that it appears to take a long time to actually 'start up' maybe not such a bad thing really - the screen is crystal clear and it reacts straight away - the colours are good and the users manual is what it says - informative and direct. The 'downloading' of information from the old machine to the new is amazing - well done Fusion5! Everything swapped over instantly. Overall - a good buy, good robust product and easy to use. 5 stars.

I bought this to take on holiday, reading, social media etc. I bought it a bit in advance so didn't use it much at first.It was fairly slow and unresponsive but ok.Returning from holiday I used it a few times at home.Then one day no apps would launch.I tried to get support but it was too late.I feel disappointed as I've hardly used it really and it's been in a draw for nearly a year. It's no use to me and I don't know how much a repair will cost.I wish I'd used it more in those first few weeks but lesson learned I suppose.

After average start-up time, the product is thoroughly pleasant to use. Android 12 works just great, the sound quality is good, the screen excellent. A successful purchase at a modest price.

Always had ipads but changed to an Android based tablet because of price and because this Fusion tablet allows me to add extra memory. After the first months of heavy daily use I was quite pleased with it and it did everything I wanted.Whilst being used today it completely locked up the screen froze and it took me a good hour offiddling to get it back. I noticed that the TalkBack facility was gibbering away although I hadn't initiated it. Once I managed to disable TalkBack the tablet returned to normal. I have no explanation for this only to offer the fix for others who buy an Android tablet. Having used my Fusion tablet for over two months now I am very satisfied with it's performance and will recommend it for anyone looking to get away from ipadsI am now 6 months on and this tablet has started to play up in as much as it will now not connect to the internet, this started about a week ago with very slow connection to sites. Another negative is the screen scratches very easily which suggests a cheap soft material is used.+Another issue has just occured today xmas day and this tablet will not turn on regardless of what I try.. A further update on this tablet which gets used every day I might add, the latest malfunction is that it will now not respond to the on off switch the only way to turn it on is to plug it in this tablet is now 17 months old and will now be binned and replaced with a better well known brand and more than likely Samsung.
