These are great for the value. They are very thin so you may need some padding.

The bra is super comfortable, and the fabric breathes. I work a lot with my arms and hands, and so far, it has kept the girls in check!

I ordered this bra to wear when working in the garden, which requires a lot of bending over. Sports bras primarily work on a compression principle, so I get that they need to be snug. However, when I initially purchased an XL, it was so tight that I could barely get it on, and it was clearly too small in every possible way. I then ordered the 2XL, and the only real size difference I can see is in the girth, with no allowance for actual larger breasts. The overall circumference is too loose for me, but my breasts bulge over at the sides when I put it on, and then spill out the center when I bend over. If it weren't cut so low, it could probably contain things better, but as it is, things go out of place every time I actually move; I am constantly having to reposition. I'm sure this is largely a body-type issue, and so this sports bra may be great for some, but for women like me with a large cup size relative to girth, I cannot recommend it.

5 foot 3 115lbs here. I normally wear a small sports bra, I am a 32-34 B depending on the brand. I never would order a medium, but because of the reviews I did size up. It was too big for me; big enough it didn’t feel like a compression sports bra. If you are uncertain, it would be fine to just order both and see what you prefer. Amazon returns are so easy these days. Other than the sizing conundrum, the material is good, it is comfortable. There are no pads so if that bothers you this is not the bra for you.

if you're purchasing this as a makeshift binder or as a minimizer, this is an okay alternative! It doesn't provide as much flattening as an actual binder but it's definitely great for a budget! It's also suuuuper comfortable and it does flatten you a bit! Please note that if you have a larger body type, it may be a liiittle snug around the bands and you will most likely experience a bra bulge. It's not super tight which is honestly amazing LOL since you totally forget its even there! All in all i'd totally recommend this for the price!

It holds everything especially during running

This was a nice bra, but it didn't quite fit my body right, so I returned it.

My biggest problem with these is the constant and blatant ambiguous labelling. All manufacturers need to stop labelling their products generically as small, medium or large this or short or tall that and start putting actual measurements on the products they make. If it's something elasticated, put the measurements of the garment you made and indicated the elasticity of the cloth as a percentage of stretch. HOW HARD IS THAT?

I bought this due to the title and reviews saying it was good for compression. I bought my usual size and it fit perfectly and comfortably as a normal bra, but there were was almost zero compression. Based on the design, I feel that a smaller size would be too tight on the rest of my body and not where I actually want it to be tight.

As someone who is non-binary, I can assure you that this is one of the most binding bras I have tried. You don't need to worry about purchasing a smaller size for a more compressing fit; just get your regular size. (I am around a 34B, and I ordered a medium).I own several binders, but wearing this bra is an excellent way to have a healthy break from them once in a while. It is also great for hot weather because I find my binder tends to make me sweat more. (leading me to wash it more often, along with my clothes.) If you're a parent of a child who is wanting to try binding, or would like a different option than a binder, one of these seems to work really well. It gives a similar compression feeling, and is a safe option for someone just starting out.If you're not particularly looking to bind, this bra is also amazing for athletics and cardio, as I am also a runner. Perfect for less movement in the chest to hold everything together.Hope this helps!

I got this bras in medium my normal size and I had to retuned and get the large size, and still tight.I'm using them but just be aware that the size is not accurate.
