The new key works 100%, but getting it professionally programmed had a hiccup

No cumple con las características, fue solo un plastico
Pues el producto que se espera es una llave de control con nabaja y chip lista para rayar con maquina y programar, lamentablemente el producto que me llegó fue solo el control, sin chip, sin batería y sin nabaja, con algunos daños como si lo ubieran intentado pegar, entonces es un plástico que no sirve para su objetivo, nunca me habia pasado algo asi en Amazon, no se si volverlo a pedir con esperanza que me llegue uno con características serteras a la publicación
