Concept - Engineering - Casing - Very good. BUT The items I received - one worked quite well, though refused vox and tx commands occasionally. The other repeatedly failed to load or write to computer -on examination showed extensive corrosion damage caused by prolonged storage in damp conditions. Pity! These could be a powerful competitor to Kenwood/Icom/Yaesu, but I would'nt buy another.PS Also opened the accompanying USB charging units - same corrosion, soldering looked grey and grainy. Looks like an early attempt to comply with ROHS combined with a water-reactive solder flux
