Look like mud, good

Wargames bases are much better on the table when a little effort is put into the bases. I have tried other material in the past and this is the easiest to apply that I have used. You get a massive amount in the tub and it should last for years at the rate I paint. It’s acrylic based but takes a little while to dry fully. Once dried fully you can add paint to it to vary the effect and it takes tufts easily. It is wet when applied and it would be easy enough to build small height and ground effects. Happy with this purchase.

This stuff is pure magic! Dries quickly and creates excellent bases etc. I also use it thinned down and flicked onto the bottom of the models to show mud spatter. You can also mix it with water effect resin to create wet mud!

You get plenty for your money in these big pots. Its very dark so I mix it with light earth to suit, works well neat or a little diluted. Can be applied with a cheap brush or spatula although the brush will be ruined after a few uses.

So far I've based 2 imperial knights and 3 armigers and hardly used 1/4 of the tub, buy this do NOT buy from that other over priced money grabbing company........wames gorkshop i believe they are call.

I use this as my go-to paint for basing Bolt Action miniatures. The colour and texture are great, I usually don't even paint over it, just give a dry brush highlight and it looks effective. It can also be used to create mud effects on vehicles.
