The throttle works great. Had to trim a little off the cable housing and cut and drill the cap of the carb to get it to work properly. Cable was a little long but the housing is about 2 inches to long. The grips are good if you like that style.

Originally gave 3 stars but dropped to 1 after testing a little further and found further issues before the bike is even running. I would not recommend this product, if I can't return this one it's going in the trash can.I went with the gold anodized finish with the yellow throttle cable. The yellow that is pictured is definitely not the yellow I received. I was expecting a normal bright yellow but got some sort of OSHA approved high visibility yellow-green.There is no seal on the plastic cover, which allows moisture in. This looks bad right off the bat, and will cause corrosion and possible cable failure down the road.Typical aftermarket grips are too short for the throttle tube, so you are stuck with the grips supplied.The throttle tube is in multiple pieces which come apart far too easily for my liking.With the throttle assembly tightened up as tight as possible, it is still loose and will not stay in place on 7/8 bars that it is designed for.

I went to install this on my ttr125 and the cable end was too big to fit into the twist assembly and for $40+ I was not going to just make it work. It should’ve worked when I got it. It looked awesome and I wish I could’ve used it

Seems to be quality product

First off, the actual throttle assembly is really nice and well made, but the cable they supplied won't fit my Honda TRX400EX sport quad. The inner cable is at least 2-3" too short and where the stock cable has a "Barrel" end on both ends of the inner cable, the one supplied with the throttle only has the barrel-end on one side, and a tiny nub on the other end meant to slip into a hole on the top of a carb's slide. I have messaged the supplier and hope they can send the correct cable because I really like the throttle unit, but I suspect that generic cable is what I'd be stuck with and the entire purchase will be going back for a refund. If they surprise me and send the correct cable, this item will get 5 stars.OK, the seller got back to me regarding the incorrect cable and said essentially that since it was stocked and shipped by Amazon they can't send the correct cable. So.... to repeat, nice throttle but you are probably going to bin the cable and have to buy one on your own. Your choice...

overall nice build quality, but the throttle cable was quite short and seemed more of a cheaper product. grips are nice and throttle is a sturdy build, not bad product but didn't quite work for my case.
