A good product will serve the purpose of giving a bit of protection. I was not aware but it's only hard-sided on one side, which is why it's 4 stars not 5.

After noticing a small scratch on my TomTom Rider I decided that I needed a case This is a proper ‘made by TomTom’ case It’s very well made which is hard on the top surface and soft underneath The Rider 550 is a nice snug fit and the case even has little buffers inside where you zip it up so the zip doesn’t scratch it Probably not the cheapest option but I think it’s worth the price as it’s so well made Highly recommended

5 stars for the case. Nice quality and does a good job of protecting the screen. Just the 1 star for me though as I wasn't paying attention when i odered it. It's not big enough to hold the cradle & sucker pad or the cable and cigarette adapter. Had I realised this I'd have gone with a different case. Fine if you just need it for the head unit and leave the cable/mount in the car but if you need all of it moved from one car to another or to store it in, just bear that in mind.

This is a zippered pouch, so there is no suction or touch screen. This is perfect for my TomTom Go. Personally, I think for the amount of money you spend on a TomTom, it should come with this pouch. You need to store the GPS in some sort of case, otherwise you could damage or scratch the screen. Also, in winter, don’t leave your nice GPS in the car! Condensation can form & ruin the GPS, so again, you need this pouch. Fits perfect.

La custodia offre un'ottima protezione, il materiale esterno è resistente e quindi perfetto per proteggere il tomtom da urti e graffi, nello specifico la parte superiore risulta più rigida, essendo la parte che in teoria è rivolta verso lo schermo, mentro la parte inferiore è più morbirda. L'interno della custodia è foderato con un materiale morbido per prevenire danni da sfregamento. La chiusura a zip risulta molto robusta. Nel mio caso utilizzo un TomTom Rider 500 e la custodia si adatta perfettamente al navigatore, senza però avanzare spazio, facendo diversamente si rischierebbe di rovinare il tomtom e di vanificare lo scopo della custodia. Esteticamente la si apprezza per la sua semplicità e compattezza, non occupando troppo spazio è anche possibile trasportarla in una delle tasche interne del proprio giubbotto da moto. Un ottimo prodotto ad un ottimo prezzo, utile a preservare lo stato del tomtom nel tempo
