I came across this case as I was looking for a case for my newly purchased WD Elements External Desktop Drive and fortunately it fits perfectly. The My Book and Elements basically have the same dimensions. So for anyone who has a WD Elements or plans to buy one and wants a case, get this one. Very durable case, and plenty of well-padded room inside.

Fits the WD drive perfectly. Driver PSU is multi country and fits best in the PSU slot if the plug adaptor is removed before storage. Well made hard case, 4 catches, resilient down interior or cut to correct dimensions

The case is a perfect fit for my 14TB WD My Book drives, but the case is just a little shy for the bulky UK plug on the AC adapter, it was clearly designed for the less cumbersome US or Euro plugs. It can be zipped closed with some effort.

Got this for my MY BOOK External Desktop Hard Drive (EDHD). Fits perfectly too. (: Got this as I travel a lot and wanted a nice case that would keep it protected, instead of taking it in a box with me all the time. Use it on my laptop too at times, lol. The case is pretty much perfect for storing your hard drive. It's hard and sturdy on the outside, while the inside has a soft material that is designed to keep your drive in place and absorb any shock. The additional space inside is good for storing the cable but is not big enough for the plug. This isn't an issue for me but could be for someone else. Either way, great product and have no bad comments.

It fits the drive but not the Uk plug so why sell it in the Uk market? Will be sending this back Not worth the money

Ottima custodia per hard disk esterno, molto solida e resistente agli urti, realizzata con materiale davvero buono. La cerniera è di ottima fattura e molto resistente. Il prodotto presenta all'interno due scomparti principali: uno più grande, rivestito in spugna per l'hard disk e l'altro per il cavo di alimentazione. Sulla parte superiore della custodia è presente anche una comoda tasca per il cavo USB da collegare al computer. Questa e i due scomparti sono divisi da un piccolo "separè" rivestito in spugna che fornisce un'ulteriore protezione. La custodia è inoltre dotata di una comodissima maniglietta per facilitarne il trasporto. Utilizzo questa custodia per il mio Hard Disk WD da 4 TB che entra al suo interno perfettamente. Forse lo scomparto per l'alimentazione è un pò piccolo ma il mio alimentatore permette di staccare lo spinotto dal resto quindi anch'esso entra senza problemi. In conclusione un prodotto davvero ottimo e consigliato per il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Arrivato nei tempi previsti! Molto soddisfatto!

El producto se ve de calidad. Buenos acabados. Lleva asa para transporte de mano, aunque es un poco incomoda. Es cierto que el adaptador de corriente debe desmontarse para que quepa en la caja protectora, en su departamento específico. Encaja perfectamente disco duro WD de 3,25 pulgadas, lleva departamento en la tapa donde caben cables usb. Buena compra. Recomiendo.
