I have always used these Gillette Sensor Excel Blades [ two blades per head]. They give me a close shave and are cost effective, too.

These blades are sharp! The two blades are placed at the perfect angle. They shave my face and neck well. The blades don't get clogged up b/c they are about one mm apart. I hope Gillette will keep these "budget" blades available. Many manufacturers find ways to make them cheaper, easier, and faster to make which often results in loss of quality. Crossing my fingers on these.
