Great for big Tufts
I've only use this device 3 times on fairly big projects so can't comment too much on long life durability but can definitely speak to its rigidity and robustness. It's simple to use, requires very little maintenance and is easy to control. The only thing I will say is be aware of the moving gear, it does present a hazard. Happy tufting!

Great product
Works well, this is my first tufting gun and it is easy to use once you get the hang of it, happy customer! The extras you receive with the gun are also good quality.

Not working
I couldn't sew anything with it, it kept on cutting the yarn. What is the problem?

It only worked until 12/7
I bought this for my husbands birthday, it arrived on 3/6/23 and lasted until 10/7/23. Just over the 30 days. He didn't start using it until about 12th June as he had to build the frame it seems to be a problem with the power back as there is no light on it now. I do not seem to be able to contact Riiai . I buy lots of things from Amazon but am decidedly annoyed with the present situation Finally got a email thro to Riiai and they sent a new power pack Tufter is now working perfectly 😊 I have therefore changed my rating

It’s ok…
It just isn’t great, it jams a lot, I found the translation on the instructions difficult to understand so it hasn’t been easy to figure out. No guidance on kind of materials/ yarn needed

Très déçu, car c'est une prise Anglaise, donc impossible de m'en servir en France, ce n'était pas indiqué dans le descriptif, et il manque la lame pour faire les boucles , j'ai fait une demande de retour. 2 ème commentaire, en faisant plus de recherche sur internet j'ai compris que pour passer du mode cut a loop, il y a 1 petite vis et une partie a avancer et reculer, il n'y y a rien d'expliquer c'est est quand même dommage, et j'ai acheté un adaptateur pour la prise, un mail a été envoyé au vendeur mais aucune réponse
