I’ve taken iron daily for over 35 years. This is THE MOST GENTLE iron. It dissolves easily, tastes good and helps me maintain healthy iron levels. It has vitamin C to aid in absorption. It has been my go to because it has a higher dosage than some other chewable iron supplements.

These are great chewable. Reversed my anemia, taste good.

Most iron supplements cause constipation for me and my doctor said most iron supplements cause constipation period! This however was true to their marketing and did not cause constipation however I only take it intermittently-not every day. It has a pleasant taste and overall I am pleased with the product.

Taking these while pregnant for low iron. It has returned my iron levels back to “normal” levels. I don’t do well swallowing pills so these are perfect. Dissolves very fast in your mouth. The taste isn’t bad, it’s like citrus. So at least when you burp it tastes like citrus. Doesn’t turn your teeth brown.Side note- It’s a very high dose so I don’t think you’d need these unless your doctor says so.

Well, these are fast melting and the initial flavor is not bad. But, they made me have very light burps, in which I could taste the iron and got nauseous. Also and coughing, hiccups, etc you'll take the iron. It's not pleasant.If you have a hard time swallowing pills, I recommend the iron gummies from Vitamatic. The taste is far better and no aftertaste. Same 65mg per serving

I love these for my son.They have caused consipation now that he has to take two but he likes the taste and his ferritin level have improved. I took one star off because they Showed up with seal open and two pills missing

I am chronically, low and iron, and I cannot take hardcoated pills. This chewable works for me and it doesn’t taste gross like a lot of chewables do. It helps me feel less tired and I do recommend it.

My ferritin levels prior to this product were at 4....so very very low....after 8 weeks of use, one pill daily, they dissolve and the taste is not bad at all, my levels jumped to 17. Very pleased with this product. It also is not constipating.
