I loved every single thing about this book. It was amazing—the relationship dynamics, the character building, everything. This dark, over-the-top anti-hero story is my favourite kind and ends with a cliff hanger. "Wicked Heir" is the first book in the Chernov Bratva Duet and begins the story of Molly/Mallory and Kirill.Kirill and Molly meet in high school, quickly becoming best friends and something more. When Molly's father ends up owing money to the Bratva, he offers her up as payment. Molly confides in Kirill, who promises to fix it. Despite not wanting to be part of the mafia, Kirill goes to his father—the very Bratva boss to whom Molly's father owes money. His father agrees to help, but Kirill must pay a steep price, essentially selling his soul to save Molly. However, it's too late; Molly and her father have already fled.Kirill spends the next seven years obsessively searching for Molly. Who doesn't love a bit of dark mafia romance?!Kirill and Molly were always meant to be together, and nothing was going to stand in their way, not even being separated for 7 yearsIn true alpha-hole fashion, Kirill carried on believing his version of events even if he really should have believed Molly from the beginning!!Kirill is the crazed obsessed protective and possessive mafia man we all love to hate, and he definitely plays the role well.This book is HOT 🔥 Molly and Kirill can't keep their hands off each other, and the results are electric.I am jumping straight into the second part of the duet as that cliffhanger is brutal, and I can't wait to see what is going to happen next.

For me an awesome book is one that draws you in makes you believe In the story and the charactersI was drawn in from The first paragraph l loved this book obsessed and couldn't put it down read it in 1 dayThis book played over in my mind often in the days after l finished it the story was well intertwined and moving along with past and present flowing lt was funny sad serious totally gut retching l just love this author just started book 2

Love this first book. It devolves into the two main characters well. And you can’t help loving them both. Was an easy read and able to keep my attention. Looking forward to the second book. The steamy scenes are spicy. There isn’t that much drama but then its a duet so it the laying the story out. Enjoyed it.

Only started to get good in the last 30%Spice was OkI struggled with the flash back chapters scattered in tho i appreciate why it was done.Hopefully it all comes together in the next book!

This is an amazing read for somebody getting into the mafia, looking for strong characters, and a detailed woven plot. Anyone who enjoys a good amount of 🌶️🌶️🌶️, rough lives, and twisted Souls.I swallowed this book so fast, I don't think I could anticipate the end. I was not ready for it and now I've got to it all I can say is I'm furious! 😉I loved seeing my dynamic grow and build as if it was the same as when they first met. Adding in all of the complications and hardships that they've had to live in those seven years apart.Mila Kane is a phenomenal writer, the way she drew you in with the first line and kept you hanging right to the last word.I am falling straight into Savage throne I can't be apart from them a second longer.

I liked this storyline. Although mafia books are in top tier for me this one had layers which I enjoyed.And who doesn’t love a bit of forced proximity!!Does end of a cliff hanger so if your buying rather than on KU buy both at the same time.

Kirill and Molly were meant to be, only their families hadn't realised it yet. Once he finds her gone again there will be hell to pay....... but who will be the loser???Can't wait to read the next book, well worth losing sleep over !!!!
