As a novice user / 1st time user I was torn between this and another printer, this won out which was £200 cheaper and it has good reviews.My experience is simple, "easy" to assemble but I would recommend following a YouTube video vs the included one.Prints quickly, simple, easy to use and a big community of you want to go down that route also,I have been using most days for around 1 month now and I am converted, I purchased 4x 1kg spools at the same time and I has just put the 3rd spool on a few minutes ago.

Good, worked first time. Instructions could have been a bit clearer, but managed with a bit of patience. Print quality as good as you’ll get from any printer of this type.

I bought this to replace GEEETECH and it is far superior in terms of rigidity, ease of assembly and ease of use. Hopefully I will be able to print in ABS properly for the first time.

Brilliant so far printed many items, but on first print I was getting error E06 😳 causing the printer to stop.After some research on forums I found it was caused by the thermistor falsely reading the temperature.After adjusting the cable to the sensor, it was too tight causing it to not seat correctly .All is fine now had approximately 50 hours of use and its been faultless.Hope this helps someone if they get error E06.

I'm trying to find words for these excellent, beautiful points. I have two of the S1. So far, all is going well.

its easy to asemble the ui could do with a few more features on it like to change the flow rate during a print. The print quality is really good and so is the leveling and build plate but what lets it down majorly is the abysmally slow print speed this is my 4th printer and my anycubic i3 is faster than this with a lower print speed in the settings the rest of the settings were the same but the print time on the i3 was 1 hour at 50mms and the ender 5 s1 was 1.5 hours at 80mms I have tried everything in the settings and the firmware and i just cant get it to print fast so just for that reason i can not reccomend it

Excellent printer once assembled. Does take a few hours to put together

Have had great results from this machine print sticks to the bed really well and the only failed prints have been from human error (My fault). High end machine for DIY price
