Works great on my dry scalp and smells wonderful.

I have multiracial, thick, curly, wavy long hair. I use this product after exfoliating, washing, conditioning my damp hair. You can also utilize product on dry hair 2 days later. It keeps my scalp moisturized, nourished so it doesn't become dry, irritated scalp in any weather (Summr, Spring, Autumn or Winter).

I really wanted to like this but have emptied the bottle and found no results. I have fine, straight hair which had unexpectedly and out of the blue become greasy, even right after washing. I had hoped the ectoin would help with scalp issues. It is quite expensive, so one would think it would be effective. I found this not to be true. Maybe for another hair type. It has not affected my hair health. I can tell this is a quality product. Perhaps it might work for someone with curls. It smells medicinal and herbal, which I love. I am so sad this did not work out for me but hope someone else finds success with it. Ectoin is a superstar ingredient and Aveda is a quality brand. Too bad.

Amazing product, no residue and has a natural herby fragrance. Gives a beautiful lustre to all hair, but especially long hair.
