Outstanding product with very fast results.
This product is outstanding. I was faced with a £3,000 bill to put in a new soakaway and ordered this product as a last ditch effort to clear the sludge that high pressure washers had failed to do. It was miraculous! Within a few days the system was running with no blockages at all and since then I have followed instructions to maintain the system. Brilliant!

Arrived in good time and after application the system is working well and effluent appears to be running clean - fingers crossed! My system was continually backing up which I assume was due to the soak away not functioning properly. This seems to have done the job.

So far so good
Got tank emptied. Treatment went into distribution box as directed into a full soakaway pipe. 4 days later pipe was empty. Before this we had sewage all over garden. Treated a week later. Tank seems to be levelled off. Water has gone through distribution box and soak away is still empty. So far so good.

Well worth the money for our fosse septique, we didn’t know when it was last emptied, but this has sorted it out

Didn't work in this case, suggests repeated dosing but 1kg pack only good for 2 doses
In this case (slowly failing soakaway) this made no difference whatsoever it seems. I gave it the benefit of the doubt hoping for a quick fix, but the suggestion was to continue dosing until clear - an unlikely outcome with the single 1kg pack since it's only good for 2 doses - and at £15+ a pop, the cynic is me starts to wonder what active ingredients are actually in there since there is no specific mention anywhere. The brand name Hydra (mythical snake-like monster) would kind of suggest more a snake-based lubricant. Refund offered as a 'goodwill gesture'. It it were this simple I imagine there would be plenty of other alternatives out there - more fool me. Buyer beware!

does not clear soakaway, forget about customer service
does not work on soakawys, seller keeps trying not to refund. Loads of hassle. Never had such problematic purchase via amazon.

Doesn’t work.
Having read all the reviews and out of sheer desperation and an overflowing septic tank, I decided to give Re-Gen a go.After reading the instructions I did exactly what it says, after 2 weeks and repeating the process, absolutely nothing, tank still overflowing!.I will monitor it over the coming weeks, who knows?.My advise though is, get the professionals in.
