Excellent product for relief from irritation and dryness of eyes, easy to use, especially if you struggle with using eye drops!

I do like these and they are a good way of cleaning around the eyes when you have blepharitis. They're just quite expensive, so I use them once a day now in the morning, and then later I use an optase heat mask for 10 mins, followed by a lid massage, and finally blepha sol. As recommended by the optometrist, if anybody has problems with blepharitis.

Great product

Bought to tackle ongoing blepharitis. Noticeable effects after just one use. After a months use eyes are mostly irritation free and eyelashes aren't being rubbed away. The sachets are impossible to open once your hands have solution on them so open two sachets before you begin. I've moved to the Blepha Gel as it's more cost effective but keep sachets in handbags and pockets for away from home use. Review drops a star for cost effectiveness but the product is excellent.
