NOW Gaba 500mg, 100 Veg Capsules

I bought this to help me sleep. It does not appear to do that directly, but does calm down my restless legs. A huge win!

I’ve been using GABa now for several months and purchased this product a few times. I take one capsule about 90+ minutes before bedtime. It helps with my sleep and I relax more as I get ready for bed. Overall I would say it’s a good product and seems to work well for me.

I’m still not sure about this . I say it works but I’m also on anti depressants so it made me feel weird . I want it to work so I can get off the RXS . Great for sleep and relaxation

After suffering from anxiety and depression for years, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I noticed an immediate improvement in my mental health the day after I began taking this product. A friend of mine had told me about it and with all of the herbs on the market today that all note that they are not FDA approved as to their claims of helping you, this carbonation actually worked. It almost felt like a heavy load had been removed from my shoulders and instead of dreading the day I found myself feeling closer to normal than I had been in ages and not fretting or worrying unnecessarily about things and seemingly experiencing no symptoms of depression immediately. I began taking two capsules at bedtime and then taking two more capsules in the morning with my regular routine medications. I have increased my dosage this morning to three capsules since to work so well I am assuming a third capsule will provide added benefit, with no concern I am taking a fatal overdose, like with standard antidepressant medications. Moreover, the cost of this supplement is affordable and legal for me personally it has been effective. I was so glad to learn about it I can not fully express my satisfaction and optimism here. Since it is affordable one has nothing to lose but a lower purchase price, should it not work for you. I recommend giving it a shot and seeing whether it can work for you as well.

The first couple days I took the supplement, it really helped me. I had a “chill”, calm feeling. Didn’t necessarily help me go to sleep, but did help me relax. However, I would say the effect only lasted a week. I don’t feel like I’m still getting the same affect. When it did work, since I suffer from insomnia, I could tell the feeling wore off after a couple hours. I don’t know if i should take 2 pills now. However, that’s been my experience.

Okay listen... I don’t usually leave reviews, BUT this right here? A hidden gem. I started taking NOW Foods GABA 500mg just to help calm my mind a bit. I don’t feel drowsy or zoned out, just... centered. Like I can take a deep breath and actually feel it. I take one before bed or when I feel like my thoughts are trying to sprint a marathon. Within 30–40 minutes, it’s like my nervous system just says “girl, we’re good.” 😌 Also love that it’s clean, no weird aftertaste, and doesn’t mess with my stomach. Just peace. In a bottle. 10/10, already on my second one. If you’re an overthinker or just trying to soften the edges of your stress — grab this. Trust me.

It calms if you are anxious. Better start with small dosage, just once in a morning, and slowly iterate. It doesn't slow down you.

一週間ほど遅れて到着しました。ただし、港でのストライキが原因らしいのでこの会社が悪いわけではありません。なので星は減らしません。睡眠の質の改善はされているように感じます。寝起きで頭が痛くなることはたしかに減りました。愛用の一品です

Received 3x 500mg tubs, not 750mg as advertised

眠るために買ったものの、あまり効かなかったです。 でもグリシンよりは効きます。 ついでに精神も安定するといいなと思ったのですが、これはまったく効果なしでした。 サプリのサイズは大きいですが、カプセルだからか普通に飲めますよ。
