Went to their website. If you need to return something it goes to Las Vegas. They have a contact form if you want more info.

How many sticks are in the bag

It is difficult to give an exact answer as the sticks vary in diameter. I have used over 1/3 of my bag and still have 26 sticks left. Some are very large diameter and some are smaller. They break in half very easily so I usually break the large ones in half before using. I have average sized hands - the large sticks are about the diameter of my thumb and the small ones are about the diameter of my little finger or smaller. I hope this helps!!

Is your Ceylon Verum Cinnamon non irradiated?

Actually I don’t know but it is the right Ceylon sticks which I was trying to find in my country with no avail

Is this product organic?

Not organic that I could see on the package plus very little flavor. I-herb sells it organic and much stronger cinnamon flavor.
