Soooo easy to install
Just like they said, these things were so easy to install, you'll spend more time taking the screws out of the washing machine then any thing else. It's well worth the price and the effort try them you will not regret it at all. And it will make your washing machine work like it did when you first got it.

Works great so far, and fits my Samsung wa54r7200aw/us washer
The media could not be loaded. Just got this 2 days ago on 4/29/25 for my 5 year old Samsun top load washer, and installed it myself yesterday 4/30/25. Not a really handy person, but it was easy enough from the bunch of YouTube videos to show you how to do it. My Samsung washer could not get passed the 10 minute mark without the Unbalanced Load code popping up, even with a light load. After the fix I have done 2 loads so far, of mixed clothes with heavy towels to purposely try to throw it off, on a deep fill setting to soak in a lot of water…..and the thing works great! No error codes, and functioning again as new! I will come back to this post if something happens to let you folks know how long it lasts (but hopefully for another 5years).Other tips - Don’t forget to run the calibration mode after installation. Be careful not to yank the control wires when you pull the top of the washer. And make sure to tape the lid. The instructional videos online will show you everything.

Terrible Quality! Did not fix issue and still needed a service repair man.
Bottom Line: Don't buy cheap. Buy OEM. You'll save yourself time and money.I purchased these because our Samsung washer tub started hanging heavily when on the spin cycle. It didn't matter if it was a full load or a light load. After doing a little research, I found that these suspension rods wear out over time...suggested replacement is around the 3 year mark. Which made sense as our washer was 3 years old. They came in and I found a video to help me install them. Easy install all in itself...just mildly difficult to get access to the shocks itself. Got the install done in about 30 minutes and on the very first load of laundry we did, guess what happened? Yup, the exact same thing as before.I called a service repair technician to come and check out what else might be going on. It took them all of about 10 seconds to tell me that my issue is the shocks. He pushed down on the drum and it looked like a bouncey spring rider from the playground. He said it's way too loose and that the shocks are out. I told him I just replaced them from parts I got from Amazon. He said they have been having a lot of repairs with shocks with the same issue. The OEM shocks are made better. 9/10 I would scuff and say "sure, whatever". But I can honestly say he's right this time. That should of fixed my problem. But it is no different with these brand new shocks than what it was with the OEM shocks with 3 years of use.The unfortunate part is it's going to run you about $55/shock online and you need 4. But the good thing is, you can save yourself money by doing the install yourself. It's easy but tedious. The quote I got for parts and labor for the repair was $791.56. That again is unfortunate because the washer is $648 brand new.Again, DO NOT BUY THESE SHOCKS. You'll be very disappointed if you do. Take it from me...someone who bought these shocks. And you guessed it...very disappointed.

Perfect fix for my 4 year old Samsung washer
When my 4 year old Samsung washer (model# WA54R7200AW) kept going out of balance and would not spin my clothes I googled the problem and found out that these rods needed replacing in my washer. After watching a few youtube videos on how to do the repair, I decided that this was something I could definitely do on my own. Genuine Samsung replacement parts were $80-$100 each though. You need 4 to repair so It would be $400 to go that route! For that much money, I considered just buying a new washer! So off to Amazon I went! For less than $50 I could buy a set of four. Much better! I ordered and watched a couple more videos! I had my son help me with installation as I am waiting for a hip replacement... besides it's good experience to learn how to fix things yourself. Installation took approximately 45 minutes and wasn't overly difficult. A lot of the videos said to use grease on the top and bottom contact points. I used white lithium grease. All done! I ran a load of laundry and was amazed! It ran like new! Super quiet and the load stayed in balance, all for approximately $50 and 45 minutes of my time!

I hope they go the distance
Before I made the repair my washing machine would fault out every time it entered the spin cycle. It would spin around so violently it would shut its self down and restart the entire cleaning process. It would go through this multiple times until it would eventually get through the entire cleaning. Sometimes it would not work at all. I put in the new suspension rods and it immediately fixes the problem. The only worry I have is that Now after the repair And while its in spin cycle Sometimes it will bang around but not to the point of it faulting out. Ill be happy if I can get at least a year out of them. If they go bad in a few weeks ill be upset and see about the 10 year warranty thats in the add.As for the rods, they look pretty much the same as the old busted ones I took out. The only doffwrence is the color. I didnt notice that they were thicker than my originals. The metal looks and feels the same so I dont know how its an upgrade. I boughtbthe washer brand new probably 5 years ago. If I could give a half star Id rate these 3.5 because of the banging around Inhear still while running the spin cycle. Although it appears that the problem is fixed, at least for now.
