Best deal, price and freeze solid, long lasting and good quality blue cover. As good as any used in the past several years and I use them for pain for any travel. TSA approved in their regulations frozen solid or soft. I had a TSA agent throw my ice packs away in DC because they weren’t frozen solid even though cold. It’s and hour to airport, was an hour that day to get to TSA and she expected they could be frozen solid? I carry a copy of their regulations on ice packs to show that they can be frozen or soft. Some types don’t freeze solid but these I purchased from Amazon do freeze solid and slowly become soft. Working good for back & nerve pain.

Great value & clever design. My boyfriend was able to use this on his ankle and loves we scouts want and not worry about it slipping off where we need it.

Five stars for the good holder and for including four ice packs. Three stars for the too-stiff ice packs: they should contain more gel and a little less water.

I had one and ordered another. The new packaging has a case and four inserts, while the old was only one. That was a pleasant surprise. It works well both hot and cold.

They are reusable, I received them fast and I won’t ever buy the burstable one again!!! I don’t what took me so long to purchase these. My son had a football incident with his knee and it relieved the pain and stayed in place while he slept because of the Velcro.

Do the job , did help a lot with lower back pain , fits well under t shirt . Just wish they would stay cooler longer but of you are home you can easily swop out .

Just want I needed

I used it on a banged up knee. The strap did fit all the way around. The gel pack was hot or cold when I applied it.But you don't need to set a timer for 20 minutes to know when to remove the hot or cold pack. Or 10 minutes. These don't stay hot or cold long enough for a reminder.
