Well worth it.

Quality product. Supportive. But not rigid.
Id recommend the other Baurfield brace if you have lower back (low lumbar or sacrum) problems - the one which comes down below the pants waistline.This one is high quality. Would be good if your pain is above #3 from bottom vertebrae or higher. Better for prevention (working in yard when healthy) than it is for an injury (disc already herniated). Soft supportive brace without any hard immobalizing components.
