You won’t be disappointed
A really good discovery. I am gluten free due to a medical condition and consequently avoid gluten in ordinary supermarket bought flours. After quite a bit of research I discovered the very low level of gluten in this particular flour. Considering the awful bread choices on offer in supermarkets for GF breads I decided to make my own. I followed a gentleman making French baguettes on Utube and the result is what you see in the photo. One of the best things in life for me is a lovely glass of wine and some good crusty bread, which I have been missing for the last couple of years, this fits the bill and some! The dough is softer and more liquid like than a usual gluten dough but never the less easy to use and delicious. I used dried instant yeast. I will be ordering more of this flour.

Unsure if correct type of flour...
I got my second delivery today having been very happy with the first batch. Only thing is, the packaging was different (blue) and I'm concerned that instead of bread flour, it may be self-raising? Is this correct?

Ideal for breadmaking
This flour doesn’t look anything special. The packaging is plain and the content looks like...flour. But, I’ve used it before and it makes better tasting bread than any of the widely available popular UK brands. I use it with fresh yeast, available from the same seller and it bakes into really great tasting bread with a good crust and light texture dough inside. It’s very easy to work with whether using a bread machine, food mixer or by hand and it’s well worth the little extra in price. The flour arrived with each bag individually wrapped in plain white paper, which protected it in transit and I’m absolutely delighted and very happy to recommend.

It’s flour
The only reason for buying flour from abroad is the lack of additives. It’s unadulterated. However, the unprofessional attitude along with the patronising attitude of the seller I now buy locally from the Polish shop. It’s cheaper

Terrible Flour
This is the worst bread flour I've ever used. Not sure if it was the same flour that had good reviews from other users. It seem as though there is insufficient gluten to make it rise. Complete waste of money.

Swift arrival - tasty bread!
This flour arrived very swiftly and in good condition and bakes very good french bread . Should you want a more lasting loaf it you split it 50/50 with strong Canadian bread flour you get a great loaf with excellent crumb and a lovely crust- would really recommend this...

Disappointing
Decided to spend a bit more on flour to try and get the authentic French baguette taste / crunch. Made no difference at all. Made a couple of batches to authentic French recipe but results were the exactly the same as normal British bread flour.
