Great addition to my home gym
As a lifelong user of the old 'rope and ball' attachment for triceps, THIS is a product that I which I had had for the past 30 years (not an estimate.... how long I have had serious equipment!).It allows for much better grip and control of exercises.

A must have in your gym. The grips don't hurt your hands like traditional rope with balls on them.

Nice feel; wish i could get a full grip.
I like the feel of these very much, except that the flat area on the palms prevents from closing your grip completely, which reduces the muscle feel during the movement. This looks like a common flaw among all products with this same design. I love the ergonomic shape, but the flat area kind of ruins it for me.Product suggestion: keep the natural hand shape, but lose the flat part so the fingers can grip completely.

Great Tricep Rope
I just started using this new Triceps Rope on my last four gym workouts and it was more comfortable and easier to control than the standard ball type gym ropes. I use it for Triceps and cable crunches. For the price you can't go wrong.
