Commercial quality in a space saving design. Brilliantly engineered with high quality construction. The external casing is made of heavy gauge metal and is coated with chip/scratch resistant paint. The dart board is of the highest quality with a very thin spider to reduce bounce-outs. Overall, many unique features and built in options for expansion. For example, there is a reserved port at the bottom of the unit interfaced specifically for a future released laser oche (throw line) that will simply plug in and be powered by the unit itself. The company is fully engaged in the expansion of their current products. Meaning you will not have to buy a new unit to keep up with the current releases. They have already released two new games and some screen updates since my purchase only 1 month ago. Customer service/support is outstanding. They promptly replied to all my questions even though their time zone is 14 hours ahead of me. I mounted a 27” Samsung monitor over the unit with a TV guard acrylic cover over it to protect against stray darts. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a commercial quality dart board without the commercial quality cost and large footprint.

Well built! Beautiful machine, only problem is mounting. This machine is fairly heavy, around 55 lb. Mounting with anchors in wallboard wasn't going to work for me. I wanted lag screws in studs so that meant having to drill my own mounting holes and positioned it to center on two adjoining studs 16 in. apart.

The board is heavier than I would have expected. I really appreciate the mounting system that was provided and it was simple to hang on the wall. I had a couple minor issues with the board and worked with customer service to get the issue resolved. The board doesn't support 5g but that's totally ok with me. They were very responsive to my questions and helped me figure out what was going on.

Love this dart board. Was hard to mount because brackets are only 22 inches long and they expect you to hit 3 studs. That's not happening with U.S build standards. The games are definitely fun but not many U.S players online, they were all Chinese names.

This expensive dart machine looked awesome on the site. We purchase but it took a little while to assemble the brackets and know what screws to use because there is no manual with this device. The "instructional manual" is for the games. When we did have to use the game manual, it was a bit difficult to understand. I did ask a question regarding increasing rounds on a game and they did respond (Willdarts). Machine is heavy so it's a 2 person job when hanging on a wall or stand. The touch monitor is a good size but it is easy to add a TV using an HDMI connection. The only thing is the LED lamp sits right on top of the "20" and for my husband, he thinks this should be raised a little more but we couldn't because the bracket is installed a certain way. Also, the LED lamp came bent (the actual light. Not the bracket).9/25/25 we have continued to have issues with this product. It updates constantly even during a game and customer service with ask requests that are ridiculous but we provide proof and as of now, no communication from them.

Great board. But I got one that had issues with the screen.i tried every way imaginable to contact seller for repair or exchange. Nope. Only recourse was to return and purchase another which I reluctantly did. BTW Amazon has really been no help on this either. It’s been a month and the return shows that it’s been received but I have not received a refund yet. These are expensive items and I would think that the company would be more responsive. I really hope the new one does not fail after the 30 day return period because it looks like I will be left hanging with my experience, or lack of, with customer service with willdarts and Amazon.

We love this dartboard! It’s a great addition to our outdoor living space. The games keep us coming back for more! The graphics are good, love the big screen!We had to buy different hardware to hang the dartboard as it wasn’t strong enough. The machine is very heavy and solid.

I just had a party with 100+ people and this dart board was amazing for everyone!
