Too expensive for what they are made of but they do stay in place, no slippage but make sure the side of the shoe is high enough so that you don’t slip out.

Bought the smallest size (Women's UK 2-4) and they are too small – specifically, too narrow. Maybe they would fit a Chinese lady's foot, but they're no good for a typical European foot – which isn't necessarily narrow just because it's short.But my main complaint is that these are clearly just cut down from a larger size (I couldn't see any cut marks available to make them shorter still, and they certainly don't need it!) – so the raised part that's supposed to support your arch is too far forward, extending uncomfortably under the ball of your foot.Also agree with others who say that they are generally too soft and don't give the height of heel lift claimed.

These did the job, didn't move when used all day

I bought the 1.5cm model assuming this was the heel lift figure as I wanted to use one to even up my leg lengths. However, the material so soft and flimsy that it provides less than 0.7cm in reality. The manufacturers need to be more honest and state that the actual heel lift is way below the figure implied.

These insole are VERY THIN. They are ARE NOT SHOCK ABSORBING, There is no HEIGHT INCREASE just a heel cup. The arch support is SO THIN renders useless.

Give you height but not comfortable at all. Tried in trainers and work shoes, both the same.
