Nice rod and reel combo.
This rod and reel combo is a great value. I like the way that it is made and the color is great. The three foot rod is perfect for dock fishing. Being this size, it is very portable and easy to take with us wherever we go fishing. This combo set is very well made and seems to work perfectly.

Great Beginner Setup
Bought this to learn how to fish. Small enough to keep in the back of my car but strong enough for decent sized fish.Don’t forget to get new line when buying this rod as the line that comes on the reel has TONS of memory and will cause bird nests extremely easily. The line that comes with it is workable for a while but eventually it’ll become a mess over time and become unusable.The line that comes on the reel is genuinely the only issue I’ve had with this setup and that is completely replaceable. The rod itself is great and the reel is just what you need to learn with.

My favorite fishing pole
This is the perfect fishing pole. It is nice and durable and easy to bait it because it isn’t too long. I use these for any type of summer fishing. I typically don’t use it for catfish, but I have brought it northern and walleye fishing out of a canoe, down to panfish fishing off a boat or dock. The line that comes with it is too weak in my opinion and I always replace it immediately, but other than that the pole is perfect for most types of fish. And the price is unbeatable for the brand.

Rod great reel sucks
The rod is excellent it feels great the reel on the other hand is kinda crap I had to replace it with a reel from a crappie rod other than that it works good

Great starter pole.
Unexpectedly Impressive!I honestly thought this was a toy fishing pole for kids because it’s so short—but wow, was I wrong. This little sucker outperformed my husband's $100 fishing pole! I caught my first-ever catfish with it, and it was a heavy one.The only hiccup? The line snapped right as I pulled the fish to shore. Maybe user error? THANKFULLY, my husband came to the rescue and threw it back to me like a scene straight out of a movie. It was hilarious, chaotic, and one of the best memories I’ve ever made while fishing.I’m not totally confident in the line’s sturdiness, but for the price and performance, this rod seriously delivers.

Good rod. Crap reel.
Nice setup. Rod is good size for 7 and 10 yo. Down side is the reel is worthless crap.
