This is the only product that I have found that works for ear wax build up. It works great and fast when used as directed.

Works everytime

This product works OK, but is not quick acting

I tried this and frankly, it didn't do much. My ENT says it softens the wax....but I didn't see much evidence of it when I flushed my ears. The ENT had to manually remove some thick wax which he says is mostly due to the use of cotton swaps in ears (yeah I used them). The ENT also said that wax has positive properties in protecting the ears, so he doesn't recommend such products. If you have copious wax in your ears, go see an ENT and have them help you make the right decisions.

These drops seemed to work fine at first, but if you aren’t super careful, they can cause serious discomfort and damage. I followed the directions exactly, and ended up with significant hearing loss, numbness, and fullness in my ear that has not gone away. I now have to go see an ENT because of these drops. What I have now is significantly worse than the minor wax buildup I was using it for, and I now wish I had never tried it.

It really helps for dizziness
