I've been buying this brand for 5 years and love it.
I've been buying this brand for 5 years and love it..... relaxes my muscles and helps me sleep. I've had breaks, but always come back to it. And I've repeatedly bought from this same supplier who delivers on time.

Disappointing
I bought this because I saw it recommended as being helpful for insomnia. I have nearly finished the box, and can report that it made no difference at all. Very disappointed.

Would strongly recommend this product. Feel more relaxed and energised. Best mix of magnesium plus B6 I have found to date.

Delivery fast. Packaging good. Only just started taking these, so can’t really comment further. Packet literature in English as well as French which is helpful.
