Got tired of the lidl and tesco no name blades - despite very cheap and decently sharp for first few shaves, you get what you pay for very quickly. Went back to Gillete and when you do go back especially, the difference is noticeable. In short: - Blades stay sharp longer which means a smoother, non/less hair pulling experience - Good lubrication strip that does some job and not a sticky venom like substance on the cheap brands - Precision trimmer - definitely a great and helpful blade on the other side to help when you need to be careful or/and sharp lines - The orange strip, what they name microfin guard to smooth the skin - feels to me a bit like exfoliating action and I have to say it feel like it does something indeed. You can feel it's presence especially if out of interest you shave a bit just on dry or wet skin, without foams or gels. Guys in short it's Gillette. What I mean is it is defo considerably more expensive than the no-names from the grocery stores. But they are better quality too, better lubrication strips and the blades stay sharp for longer, that's for sure. In the long run, the price difference gets alleviated by the fact that you use this blades longer, so in my opinion they definitely worth it. Stay sharp! Cheers!

A good razor but only the authentic Gillette blades work decently. Costly for what it is and I find the 2 blade Gillette razor is better.
