Very pleasantly surprised.
I'm actually amazed at this knife's quality for $12.00. Fit and finish are on point and the blade arrived way sharper than most at this price point, and the edge is way cleaner than most other budget knives. The action is fast, though a little tight, so it feels like it takes more effort than many assisted open flippers, but it is quick and snappy once you press hard enough. I actually count this all as a plus, since it could keep a kid from opening ur, should they get their hands on it somehow. The handle is good for the money, but is a little slick, so moisture can definitely have ill effect on your grip strength. I would have preferred G10, but that would have probably driven the price up a bit, especially considering the geometric design.I'm fairly impressed with the blade play when open. While it definitely wiggles slightly, it's very very little, much less that I expected for any pocket knife under $50.The liner lock is good, as liner locks go, and it has just enough accessibility to allow easy one handed operation without sticking out too far. The pocket clip is strong, repositionable and removable. The nylon sheath is very well made and it's inclusion pushes this knife's value score way over the top.I can't speak to the knive's long term resiliency, based on look and feel, I wouldn't recommend it for rugged budhcraft or industrial it use, but I do predict that it can take a reasonable EDC beating (opening boxes, cutting tags off clothing, etc.), and keep slicing. As for self defense, I'd say the aggressive tanto blade and sturdy construction would probably hold up just fine in a scuffle, but you probably want to add something to enhance your grip. No knife will help you if you can't keep hold of it.Update: after almost a year of carrying this knife on most days, it's gone missing. I have a collection of knives and tend to use the best low priced option as my EDC so that situations like this don't sting. I ordered another one and it arrived quickly. At first I thought the action wasn't as crisp as the last one, but a drop of lube and few days of breaking it in did the trick. I dint remember having to do that the first time, but could definitely by mistaken. The new one has almost no blade play and locks up extremely well, possibly better than the last. So. There may be some slight variations in quality from one to the next, but I haven't had anything come up that would give me reason to give this knives anything but a perfect review for a sturdy piece of pocket cutlery that comes razor sharp out of the box, retains it's sharpness rather well (I beat mine pretty good and only had to resharpen it once or twice in a year), and has an impressively low price tag. Plus, it's the perfect aesthetic companion piece to the Cold Steel Tanto Lite fixed blade knife that I carry while motorcycling.

Great Value
I purchased a similar knife at a higher price and misplaced. After purchasing this knife I found the older similar knife. This knife has slightly longer and thicker blade making it more sturdy. This is my carry knife when I am wearing thinner pants or shorts because it is less bulky. It is very sharp, opens quickly, cuts rope/boxes/plastic well so good utility knife. It could be a little slick to hold if your hands are sweaty so be aware. For the price it is a great value and looks the part.

Needs better grip
Not a bad knife. Easy and satisfying to open and close. Only problem is that it's too slick, it's hard to open or close unless you add a grip like I did. Black duct tape onto either side makes it much easier to hold on to. Adding the tape also makes it much more stable in hand when opening or closing.

Broke in two days
I bought it as a work knife, The blade was very sharp and satisfying to open. But the blade kept coming loose and eventually the stop pin snapped clean off. Good as a showpiece not for anything else

10/10 knife for every day carry
This is a good knife. The belt clip is set in a way that makes sense for your pocket. It sets it so the direction of the handle is set for the switch to be flipped easier and faster without having to turn it around. Lovely knife.

It's here
Well constructed. Sharp. Difficult to open at first, but in time, it will open just fine. Comes in a close-knit fabric sheath that can be worn on a belt.

Great value and quality
I originally got one for myself at work and was so pleased with it my coworkers were all asking me about it. I ended up purchasing multiple more of them and provided as gifts and have an extra in my vehicle. Totally worth it.
