Works fast for itch and pain relief Review This cream works really well. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and gives fast relief for itching and minor pain. The lidocaine makes a noticeable difference almost right away, and a little goes a long way. It’s easy to keep on hand and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Definitely a solid product I’d buy again.
