Pillow is great, I definitely get better sleep.It is really comfortable, not too firm, but also not too soft.My headaches are not at a 10 like they were before so this is a great sign.

Amazing cooling pillow
Absolutely love this pillow. I needed a pillow for sleeping that I use as a body pillow and with cooling it would be a bonus as I’m in lovely menopause night sweats and this pillow is saving my life. Highly recommend
