Nice work monitor.
A great monitor for working. Adjustable stand which is helpful. With speakers built in, it frees up space. Nice graphics.

Incredible monitor for work and play
This monitor is amazing for work and play. I've tested with a Mac and with a Windows PC.Initial order of this had a defect on the screen, which was just a visual dark mark across part of the screen that didn't affect performance, but did not seem to diminish over time. I did have to return it , but the replacement came 48 hours later and had no defect and I could continue on.I have been unable to get this to get this past 50hz on my Mac, however on my Windows PC I'm able to get it 100hz HDR with no problem, and have run it through its paces. As a daily monitor it's great, browsing, videos, coding all with no issue, and I'm sold on the idea of 34"+ curved monitors for work spaces in the future as opposed to dual monitor.Gaming is a little overwhelming on a monitor of this size, but it's been able to handle the paces of my RTX 4070 w/ no issue and quite fun.Now I have nothing to compare this to other than an older Acer Predator XB270HU, but the SAMSUNG Viewfinity S65UA is brighter than that, though obviously with eye-protection does dim/dull it a little.I highly suggest this especially at the price-point its set at ~599 USPros:- Visually stunning monitor- Works with both Mac and Windows- Impressively LightCons:- Initial defect with first, replacement had no defect. So is this really a con?

Regret this purchase
I strongly wish I'd spent the extra money for an OLED. For the life of me can't get the color adjusted well. I wasn't expecting professional color accuracy or anything but I've never had banding this bad on a monitor. Have tried pretty much all that I know to do. Drivers are updated, fiddled with every setting, searched forums, multiple cables, all to no avail. The only thing I haven't yet been able to try is a firmware update on the monitor, but I'm not overly hopeful and am annoyed that I have to buy a cable to do it as the monitor can't do firmware updates over the included USB-C.My TV is also a Samsung, and although I've been happy with it, it too struggles with color a bit with over saturated reds. After this experience I don't think I will be buying Samsung again.Pic included is the banding on the gradient of the win11 settings window. It's not nearly so severe in person as it came across on the photo, but is highly visible, and is horrific compared to my other monitors.

For the price it's a great buy! I would buy again if needed.

Durable
While the curve seems a little bit more pronounced than most of my other monitors, I have to go with this one for the durability.

Good monitor
Love this monitor. It's like having two monitors in one. I am able to view two different programs at a time. With this monitor, I got rid of my two regular sized monitors, and the mounting arms. Plus I have less cords with fewer monitors. Color is good and I've had it 6 months with no display issues. Would def purchase again.

How DISAPPOINTING!
I bought the 34" curved with USB-C connector. I'll skip the nice things. Yes it's a monitor. Yes it connects and works. What absolutely maddens me:- No way to change the image to full screen at any input resolution except the max 3440x1440. All other resolutions come with black bars on the sides, no possible stretching. My 10 years old monitors do that.- When the signal is lost (PC sleep or off) the monitor absolutely never goes to sleep. Not even if I unhook the connection (so it's not a signal that keeps it up). It shows the "no input signal" screen on forever.- Every single time when turned on, a "set your optimal resolution 3440x1440" message is shown in the middle of the screen for about a minute. The input IS already set to 3440x1440, that's what I'm using. The message is horrifying, absolutely disruptive and disgusting with no way to disable it permanently.- Sound quality through the headset jack is very bad.- The VESA connection in the back is recessed so deep that the frame around it is in the way for the adjustable monitor arm that I use, never had this issue through about 5-6 previous monitors. Will keep looking. This one is going back and will not buy another samsung. Thank you amazon prime for 30days free returns.

New model is pretty great, im happy they moved the control panel to a more accessible place
Samsung moved the control panel to under the screen in the center under the logo. This is really helpful as the toggle button on the old model was a little annoying to use. I will say I think there is a design flaw, the cables get inserted in the back of the monitor pointing upward. Most people do not have a lot of space to access behind the monitor, I have to pull the screen out on my desk just to see back there and then you cant really see which input is which. It would be better if the input panel was rotated 180degrees so when youre looking at the back of the monitor from the front side you can look down and see the whole panel.
