These are just wonderful, I take 2 of them (10mg, 20 mg total) every night, and within 30 minutes I am so tired that I can't stay awake, they work very well. I also chew them because I just love the berry taste! if you have doubts about Melatonin, taking 3mg or 5mg is usually not enough to get tired, I recommend either 10mg or 20mg each night.

I've used this brand of melatonin for years. It dissolves fast, tastes good and is quite effective at giving me a solid nights sleep. Plus easy to split or half, if needed. Recommend!

These knock me out which is exactly what I needed but man they taste horrible. It's really not a huge deal since these were a decent price and they work great. But probably one of the worst tasting melatonin supplements I've tasted

I have tried many brands of melatonin over the years with having sleep issues. I like the smell, flavor and how fast they dissolve. No need to swallow. Normally, I need 10mg. With these, I can cut in half and still allow me to have a better sleep. Normally, I wake up in the middle of the night. But, the effectiveness of these helps me stay asleep most of the night.Would buy again.

On my second bottle of this brand. I like the sublingual tablets and the fruity taste. Seem to work faster than most, Worth the price.

I really wanna give this five stars, but unfortunately I can’t. The strength is great, the sleep quality is there, the ingredients are great. There’s no smell, it taste great but they do not dissolve efficiently! Which is really why I wanted them so really not functional for dissolving.
