We ordered 2 units. One did not work and was easily returned for an immediate refund. The second unit worked fine. We used it approximately 3 times over the last 2 years and then it stopped working (it would not take a charge). I contacted the company to let them know. They were very responsive through email and thorough in their investigation and in the end sent us a new unit which works great. Although there were issues with the performance of the units (which I think they have worked out) they stood behind their product and displayed excellent customer service especially Gianna Davis the representative I worked with...Thank You !!

I bought this for my dad to use in his pool. Just to make sure that it works, I filled my bathtub and turned it on. It sprayed water everywhere! Hahahahaha! The fountain was awesome and the lights are fantastic! It's not at all noisy and it charged quickly. I don't know how long the battery will run when it's left on for hours during a pool party, but I think that he will really enjoy it!

UPDATE: I kindly received a replacement that works perfectly. I’ve used it several times. It’s cute and adds to our enjoyment of the pool. Thanks, Lilian, for your caring customer service. ORIGINAL: This was a total waste of money! I bought it in anticipation of a pool being built, and didn’t open it before I could enjoy it in the new pool. It lasted for about 1 minute before the fountain quit working. It lights up, but no fountain. 👎🏻 It sounds like a small motor is trying, but it’s not functioning as advertised.

Worked great until charger didn't charge! The device is really fun for kiddos and takes the pool/spa experience to the next level. Unfortunately, ours did not charge. We notified LanPool and they provided a full refund immediately. Phenomenal support experience!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good product. Nice to maybe have Lights with speed control. Unit is good for a koi pond size but not for a pool or you need several. Too small for me

The lights are bright, colors shift smoothly, and the fountain spray is adjustable. Adds a relaxing ambiance to any pond or pool.

The product is alright. It’s a little deceptive though. Only 1 comes in the package and sure it has rechargeable batteries but they don’t give you a charger to actually charge it. So unless you have one lying around once it’s dead it’s no good! And it’s not a common usb type c or anything like that it’s a special round charger. Also doesn’t illuminate as well as the photos portray and the water also doesn’t go as high. Bought it as a gift for my mother otherwise I would have returned! I tried to return but it was something my boys gave her for her birthday and she didn’t care she wasn’t giving it back for my to return.

I wasn’t disappointed with this product! Sturdy, does everything advertised and safe for above ground! Love the height of spray and light show. USB charging. Just got so can’t comment on how long it will actually last. Superior product. Enjoy your summer party kids!

they work fine but they go to the sides of the pool due to the jets so waste because they shoot all the water out of the pool. when I was in touch with the company, they were extremely helpful. Sent a complete refund and offered to send me anchors for the product that I currently had very responsive.

These lights are exactly as described in the product specifications. A sturdy built product that works fantastic in the pool. The fountain is maybe more like 1 meter high but still very effective. I would definately recommend this light. I bought 2.
