Purchsed and installed in July 2023. We absolutely loved our faucet. It was nice to have the sensor on/off. That feature was one of the reasons we purchased it. It worked great, until it didn't. There was a time when it was time to change the batteries and we did so no problem. Worked great still for a bit, then within the last month, the sensor has pretty much stopped sensing. I'd say we are lucky if it works 20-25% of the time. I'm hoping the manufacturer sees this and is willing to assist/replace.

The product feels substantial and is easy to install. The nozzle is plastic. The WORST part of this purchase is registering on their website. The Brushed Brass isn’t recognized. I had great success texting them the Model number and Batch number. If you buy this, get the Batch number and model numbers from the box (photo) and all order info. They will take care of you.

I purchases had an installed by an actual plumber. This thing has broken down almost every day. Every day it quits working by the sensor. Last night and it quit working by the sensor but we could not even manually turn it on. It quit working mid stream! Plumber had to come out and tweak some things, but the reality is we weren’t touching anything we were rinsing something in the water just stopped and would not come back on.This is a really flawed design! When the water is hot, the sensor will almost 90% of the time not work! My plumber said it has something to do with the heat steaming something up but it’s a bad design. It stops working multiple times a day. On the third day we had to switch the batteries for the sensor to work again. Then it quit working that same day three more times. Every day it’s broken down. If I could uninstall this and send it back I would because it sells a feature that it can’t consistently do… The sensor is absolutely horrendous and almost useless if the water is hot! I don’t know how they can sell this feature that doesn’t work consistently enough. Obviously, we’re not gonna tear it out and send it back but before you install in by this, I would definitely recommend something else. This isn’t ready yet.

I love this faucet!! The only downside is having everyone tell me my faucet is broken, haha! After teaching every house guest how to use it, they also love it! You have the option to turn the handle on to start the water or wave your hand in front of the sensor on side, however, you have to turn the handle on to use the sensor. If you use the sensor and turn handle off, it'll stop, plus next time you turn on with the handle, the water will just stop. There is definitely a learning curve. If you have an impatient family, I would skip because they will get frustrated, ha!

Super sturdy faucet with great hands free function. Only very minor complaint is that you have to leave the faucet in the on position for it to be hands-free. But the good thing is that if the faucet is running for longer than three minutes, it turns itself off. easy to install clear instructions took about an hour.
